Terms of Service

Last updated September 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GreekCore, Inc. (“GreekCore,” “we,” or “us”) governing the GreekCore web workspace, mobile app, banking features, and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a chapter or organization, you represent that you may accept them on its behalf.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. Chapter officers control roles and member access and are responsible for administering them appropriately.

Zero tolerance for abusive content

GreekCore has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, send, upload, or facilitate content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, self-harm promoting, privacy-invasive, fraudulent, spam, malicious, or that infringes another person’s rights. You must not impersonate others, evade a block or moderation action, distribute malware, seek unauthorized access, or use GreekCore to collect funds you are not authorized to collect.

Members can use the content menu to Report supported user-generated content and Block another member. Blocking restricts direct contact and GreekCore hides blocked members’ content on supported shared surfaces. You can review reports and unblock people in Settings → Safety. For chat, use the message’s report/block controls. Do not retaliate against someone for reporting.

We review safety reports and target action within 24 hours. We may preserve an immutable evidence snapshot, quarantine media, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, notify a chapter, preserve records, or contact authorities when reasonably necessary. We may act sooner where safety is at risk. The 24-hour target is an operational goal, not a guaranteed response time. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate these Terms.

Your content and license

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant GreekCore and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, moderate, display, and adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and comply with law. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share it. Content posted to chapter or chat spaces may remain in those shared records after account deletion with your identity removed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dues, payments, banking, and commerce

GreekCore is not a bank. Banking, cards, identity verification, and payment processing are provided by Stripe and its financial partners under terms you may also need to accept. Chapters are responsible for their dues policies, purchases, spending, accounting accuracy, refunds, and compliance with organizational and institutional rules. Applicable fees and limits are disclosed in the Service.

Service and third parties

The Service and its software, design, and trademarks belong to GreekCore and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while these Terms apply. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with it except where law permits. Third-party services have their own terms; GreekCore is not responsible for services it does not control.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using or delete your account at any time. We may remove content or suspend or terminate access for a Terms violation, risk to people or the Service, legal requirement, nonpayment, or discontinuation. Provisions that by nature should survive—including licenses needed for retained shared records, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreekCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may change the Service or these Terms. We will date material updates and notify users where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept it. Delaware law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
