Terms of Service
Last updated June 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GreekCore, Inc. (“GreekCore,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of our workspace, banking features, and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using GreekCore on behalf of a chapter or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Your account and roles
Access to a chapter’s workspace is governed by roles and permissions set by chapter officers. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Officers are responsible for managing their members’ access appropriately.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including by breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, uploading harmful code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, harassing others, or using the Service to collect funds you are not authorized to collect. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
Dues, payments, and banking
GreekCore is not a bank. Banking and card services are provided by our partner financial institutions, and payment processing is handled by our payment partners, each under their own terms that you may be asked to accept. Your chapter is responsible for how it collects dues and spends its funds, for the accuracy of its financial records, and for complying with its own organization’s and institution’s rules. Fees, limits, and other terms for banking features will be disclosed before you use them.
Your content and data
Your chapter’s content remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to share it.
Our intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, and trademarks — belongs to GreekCore and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service except as the law allows.
Third-party services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreekCore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change the Service and update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
